Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in applying for government schemes (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, etc.)
Handle online services like bill payments, form filling, ticket booking, etc.
Maintain records of services provided and handle customer queries.
Use computer systems and portals like CSC, Digilocker, UIDAI, etc.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the centre.
Provide basic support in printing, scanning, and photocopying tasks.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or above.
Basic knowledge of computer operations (MS Office, Internet, Email).
Good communication skills and a polite attitude with customers.
Preference given to local candidates or those from nearby areas.
Willingness to learn and take training on CSC services.
