Job Overview

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and other official channels Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information or solutions Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and service delivery Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure satisfactory closure Support documentation, reporting, and administrative customer service tasks Follow organizational policies and maintain confidentiality at all times
Required Qualifications

Must possess a master's degree from a recognized institution Schooling must be completed through CBSE or ICSE boards Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities Basic proficiency in computer applications and office tools
