Job Summary:

We are hiring tech graduates with excellent English communication skills for an international technical voice process. This is a full-time office-based role with growth opportunities in global tech support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end technical support to international customers Accurately document all interactions Ensure high customer satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution

Requirements:

Tech Graduate (mandatory) Minimum 1 year of experience in international technical voice support Excellent spoken English (C1 level) - clear voice, no MTI/RTI Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Willing to work in rotational shifts
