SPAR Hypermarkets, Brookfields is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives (Freshers). This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start their career in retail sales and customer service. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers to ensure a positive shopping experience Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information Maintain proper product display, shelf arrangement, and visual merchandising Ensure FIFO practices and stock rotation Assist in stock replenishment and inventory control Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the assigned department Support billing operations and coordinate with cashier when required if done Risk allowance will be provided Follow store SOPs, safety guidelines, and company policies Achieve daily operational targets and support team objectives
Eligibility Criteria:

Fresher candidates only NAPS candidates preferred Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Any basic degree Good communication skills in local language (English/Tamil preferred) Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays Energetic, disciplined, and customer-oriented attitude
