Key Responsibilities:
Handle escalated customer calls (orders, refunds, returns, delivery issues)
Provide quick and accurate resolutions
Coordinate with internal teams for case closure
Maintain CRM updates and case notes
Ensure timely resolution as per TAT
Identify recurring issues and share insights
Skills Required:
Excellent English and Hindi communication
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Basic computer knowledge
E-commerce process knowledge is a plus
