About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to support international banking
customers for a leading global bank. The ideal candidate must have excellent English
communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions with accuracy, clarity, and
professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
? Manage inbound/outbound customer queries related to international banking services.
? Provide prompt, accurate solutions and maintain a high standard of service quality.
? Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security protocols, and operational
guidelines.
? Record customer interactions in the system with clarity and attention to detail.
? Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
? Meet key performance metrics such as quality scores, productivity, and customer
satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
? Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
? Ability to work in US night shifts.
? Graduation in any discipline (or as per organizational requirement).
? Prior experience in international customer service or banking process preferred; freshers
with strong communication skills may also apply.
? Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and active listening abilities.
? Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple applications.
