Job Title: Customer Sales Associate (CSA) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Sales Associate to join our team. The CSA will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting products and services, and driving sales revenue. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and establish relationships with new and existing clients
• Promote products and services to customers and effectively communicate the value proposition
• Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner
• Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in a CRM system

Requirements:

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience using a CRM system to manage sales activity and customer relationships
• Knowledge of sales principles and practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
