Role - The candidate must have knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA Regulations to handle Secretarial functions.
Preparation and Maintenance of Secretarial Records of Companies covering:
u Assisting in preparation of documents related to Board &
General meetings & organizing meetings
u Maintaining statutory registers.
u Undertaking filings - event based and annual
u Contributing to meeting discussions as and when required, and
advising on the provisions of law
u Liaising with clients, external regulators and advisers, and
auditors
u Undertaking reporting's as per FEMA Regulations
u Undertaking content contribution by way of articles & blogs
u Adapting technology for improving efficiency & execution
standards.
