: CS Trainee - Listed Company

We are looking for a proactive Company Secretary (trainee) to join our compliance team. (BSE- Listed company)The candidate must have completed the ICSI Executive or Inter Exam and should have hands-on experience in corporate compliance, secretarial work, and regulatory filings.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in compliance with SEBI (LODR) and SEBI (ICDR) regulations.
Prepare and file submissions with BSE, ROC, and other statutory bodies.
Support in conducting Board Meetings, AGMs, and other corporate meetings, including drafting agendas, notices, and minutes.
Ensure timely statutory and regulatory compliance under the Companies Act, 2013.
Maintain statutory registers, records, and assist with shareholder-related matters.
Requirements:

Candidate should have cleared CS Executive exams
Minimum 1 year experience in handling compliance matters of a listed company.
Sound knowledge of SEBI regulations, Companies Act, and corporate governance.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
