Location: Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi (Walking distance from Lajpat Nagar Metro Station)
Work Mode: On-Site (Work from Office)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Company Secretary Trainee with a strong interest in Insolvency & Bankruptcy matters and Corporate Laws to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) proceedings, NCLT practice, Corporate Restructuring, and Regulatory Compliance.

Candidate Profile:

? Strong understanding of Companies Act, 2013, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and other corporate & allied laws
? Interest and aptitude for working on matters before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
? Excellent drafting, legal research, communication, and multi-tasking abilities
? High attention to detail and ability to work under strict timelines
? Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of Insolvency and Corporate Advisory
