Assist in maintaining Statutory Books, including Registers of Members, Directors, etc.
Assist in drafting Agendas and preparing Minutes for Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings and Committee Meetings.
Drafting and Preparation of day-to-day documents related to Secretarial work.
Support in ensuring compliance with Statutory and Regulatory requirements.
Help in filing Statutory Returns and other documents with relevant authorities.
Conduct research on legal and regulatory issues as and when needed.
Assist in such other tasks as and when required.
