Role:
Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats.
Manage client portfolios, track performance, and maintain Excel records.
Resolve queries and deliver solutions quickly.
Keep records organized and follow-ups timely.
Coordinate with teams to tackle complex issues.
Drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain adherence to company policies and high service standards.
We're Looking For:
Graduate or Undergraduate (any discipline).
1-3 years of experience in customer support or service (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with MS Office and CRM tools.
Thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
