Sales Backend Executive
Job Description
Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain customer and sales data into the CRM system.
Update customer information, sales orders, and inventory records as needed.
Order Processing:
Process incoming sales orders promptly and accurately.
Verify order details, product availability, and pricing before order confirmation.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Communication:Assist sales representatives in communicating order status, delivery updates, and other relevant information to customers.
Documentation:Prepare and maintain necessary sales-related documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and sales reports.
Reporting:Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics for the sales team and management.
Customer Relations:Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their needs professionally.
Coordinating Sales Activities:Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Excellent knowledge of MS office
