Job Description

Duties and responsibilities

Selling and promoting products to both existing and potential clients.

Performing needs analysis and cost-benefit analysis for clients.

Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients.

Monitoring competitors' sales activities.

Assisting with corporate marketing strategies and expanding the company to new markets.

Coordinating sales efforts with other departments.

Supplying the management team with reports on customer needs or interests, potential new products, or services, and competitive activities.

Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.

Meet personal and team sales targets.

Build long lasting client relationship.

Develop new sales strategies and models.



Skills and qualifications

Excellent organization skills.

Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to overcome objections from potential clients.

Self-motivated energy.

A valid driver's licence.

Record of achieving quotas.

Ability to solve problems and to deal with a variety of variables.

Minimum 2 years of crusher industry(preferred) or relevant industry field sales experience.

BBA/BSc (Hons) degree or equivalent.

Knowledge of different sales techniques & pipeline management.



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
