Job Purpose

To operate and maintain crusher machinery safely and efficiently to ensure continuous production and meet daily output targets.

Key Responsibilities

Operate crusher machines (Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher, VSI, etc.) as per operational guidelines. Monitor crusher performance, material flow, and output quality. Perform routine inspections before and after machine operation. Identify and report mechanical issues, breakdowns, or abnormalities immediately. Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs and preventive maintenance. Ensure proper feeding of raw materials and avoid overloading. Maintain cleanliness of the crusher area and equipment. Follow all safety rules, PPE usage, and company safety procedures. Maintain production records and logbooks as required. Support plant shutdown and startup activities.

Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of crusher operations and material handling. Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to understand safety instructions and SOPs. Physically fit to work in a site environment. Team-oriented and disciplined approach to work.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma preferred (Mechanical / Electrical) Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal qualification.

Experience

Minimum

2-5 years

experience as a Crusher Operator in quarry or crushing plant operations.

Working Conditions

Outdoor / site-based work. Shift duty as per plant requirements. Exposure to dust, noise, and heavy machinery.

Safety Responsibility

Ensure zero unsafe acts or conditions at the workplace. Immediately report accidents, near-misses, or hazards.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
