Key Responsibilities:

Perform the day to day operation of the crushing and screening plant and conveying

and stacking system;

Operate equipment safely and efficiently to maximize throughput;

Monitor equipment and systems to insure proper operation;

Insure quality of material being crushed, screened and stacked to maximize
permeability and recovery;

Provide input and assist maintenance personnel as needed;

Perform cleanup and housekeeping to insure a safe, clean and productive work area;

Perform inspections throughout to insure shift dust control systems are functioning

properly and that dust is being controlled;

Perform conveyor and stacker moves as needed;

As needed, assist metallurgical personnel to achieve maximum system performance

and recovery;

Assists with training of new crusher operators;

Assist with the development of methods and procedures;

Perform all work in a manner to achieve a zero level of incidents in the process department;

Participate in crusher department safety meetings; and

Offer ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement of the crushing facility operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?90,000.00 - ?114,000.00 per month
