Manage and supervise crusher and bunker operations on a daily basis.
Ensure smooth production and proper material handling as per requirements.
Monitor crusher plant performance, output quality, and efficiency.
Plan and control raw material feeding, stock levels, and bunker management.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and minimal downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
Maintain production reports, shift logs, and operational records.
Manage manpower, duty schedules, and operator performance.
Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain continuous workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mining, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 6 years of experience in crusher plant and bunker operations.
Strong knowledge of crusher machinery, material flow, and safety practices.
Leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with multiple departments.
Ability to work independently and handle site operations efficiently.
