2. Job Card Preparation & Documentation
Prepare accurate job cards with customer concerns.
Explain service estimates, job details, and timelines.
Maintain proper records of service history and follow-up actions.
3. Service Follow-Up
Update customers about service status.
Follow up after delivery to confirm satisfaction.
Contact customers for periodic maintenance reminders.
4. Complaint Resolution
Handle complaints politely and resolve them quickly.
Coordinate with workshop technicians for technical issues.
Escalate bigger issues to Service Manager when required.
5. Coordination with Service Team
Communicate customer concerns to technicians clearly.
Ensure promised delivery time is met.
Check final quality before delivering the vehicle.
6. Upselling & Value-Added Services
Inform customers about recommended services.
Promote AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), extended warranty, and accessories (appropriately and ethically).
7. Vehicle Delivery Process
Explain the work done after service.
Ensure billing accuracy.
Take customer signature, feedback, and CSI input.
