Required Skills
1. Analyzing disparate sets of data / dashboards from different parts of the MI organization
2. Ability to generate dashboards from different datasets
3. Ensure this process is sustainable. e.g. Finance gives a monthly cut of open requisitions. This needs to be tracked against costs and attrition from HR.
4. PowerBI / Tableau / Python / Postman / SQL skills are a must.
5. Ability to work indepdently, taking a request from the business or the heads of technology and then defining the problem, figuring out stakeholders and using data to deliver insights.
6. Track and monitor financial spend for C&RS technology, across software licenses, cloud and vendor spend.
7. Work with internal technical teams to give requirements and project manage the build and maintenance of complex financial reports
8. Creation and the maintenance of an information management system / dashboard for C&RS Technology.
