Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive

Crowdfunding Executive

to lead both

online and public fundraising efforts

. The ideal candidate will drive donations through digital campaigns as well as

on-ground engagement in public spaces

like malls, colleges, events, and corporate campuses. If you're passionate about making a difference and love engaging with people, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Public Fundraising & Engagement

Organize and lead

public donation drives

at malls, events, colleges, and public gatherings. Set up visually compelling fundraising booths/kiosks and actively approach potential donors. Represent the organization and campaign cause with confidence and professionalism. Maintain donor interest through storytelling and clear impact communication.

Online Campaign Management

Plan and execute crowdfunding campaigns on platforms like

Milaap, Ketto, ImpactGuru

, etc. Write and design compelling campaign stories and visuals for maximum reach. Leverage social media, WhatsApp, and email to amplify campaigns. Coordinate with marketing teams to run ads or organic promotions.

Donor Relationship Management

Build and maintain a personal connect with individual donors. Track donor interactions and ensure regular updates on campaign progress and impact. Send thank-you notes, receipts, and impact reports to ensure a positive donor experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Communications, Social Work, or any related field

. Prior experience in

fundraising, sales, event marketing

, or

NGO outreach

is a plus. Strong

verbal communication and public speaking skills

. Comfortable with public engagement and approaching strangers. Passion for social causes and belief in ethical fundraising practices.

Work Conditions:

Frequent travel to public fundraising locations and events. May involve weekend and evening work. Field-based and office-based work mix.

Pay: ₹10,408.34 - ₹22,000.00 per month
