About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Cross-Platform Developers with hands-on experience in Flutter or React Native to join our mobile engineering team. This role is ideal for early-career developers who want to grow in a product-driven environment and work on real-world mobile applications used at scale.
You will collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and senior developers to build and enhance high-quality mobile experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart) or React Native (JavaScript/TypeScript)
Develop responsive, reusable UI components and custom widgets
Integrate RESTful APIs and collaborate with backend teams
Implement state management using BLoC, Provider, Redux, MobX, or similar patterns
Build features such as push notifications, Google Maps integration, and deep linking
Identify and resolve UI issues, crashes, and performance bottlenecks
Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and product discussions
Write basic unit tests and support QA during testing and release cycles
Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years of hands-on experience with Flutter or React Native
Strong understanding of state management patterns and tools
Practical experience consuming and integrating REST APIs
Familiarity with Google Maps SDK, push notifications, and navigation libraries
Proficiency with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows
Good debugging skills with a focus on UI quality and performance optimization
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
Nice-to-Have
Exposure to Android or iOS native development
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Familiarity with basic CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
