The purpose of this role is to drive cross-sell SME insurance products in Partners by identifying their customer's needs, educating them on product offerings, and ensuring a smooth sales process and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
? Identify and engage existing Partners for SME insurance cross-sell opportunities.
? Drive conversion through consultative selling and need-based approach.
? Follow up on leads, handle objections, and ensure closure within defined timelines.
? Maintain strong relationships to drive renewals
? Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries quickly.
? Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
?Maintain accurate documentation and CRM updates
?Experience in SME insurance sales, preferably cross-sell or upsell roles.
? Product Knowledge of Fire, Marine, CPM, PI, Group Insurance (GMC, GTL, GPA, etc), Travel Insurance
? Experience in an insurance company or broking firm is a plus.
