A Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) at Burger Farm is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, smooth front-office operations, and delivering a delightful dining experience to every guest. The CRO acts as the face of the store and plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and store standards.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and maintain a friendly & welcoming front-office environment.
Assist customers in placing orders and guide them through the menu if required.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and quickly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the front counter and dining area.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth order flow.
Manage billing, cash handling, and POS operations responsibly.
Build strong customer relationships to enhance repeat footfall.
Support promotional activities and upsell products when needed.
Follow company standards, grooming guidelines, and customer service protocols.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in
Hotel Management / Hospitality Management
preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable personality with customer-handling confidence.
Basic knowledge of billing, POS, and front-office operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Salary Package
2 to 3 LPA
