The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, building strong customer relationships, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting the showroom's sales and service activities. The role focuses on communication, customer satisfaction, and smooth front-desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Handling
Greet and assist walk-in customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
Understand customer needs and guide them to the right product or team member.
Maintain customer comfort and smooth flow inside the showroom.
2. Relationship Management
Build strong rapport with repeat and loyal customers.
Maintain customer contact details and follow up on inquiries or pending requirements.
Collect and record customer feedback for service improvement.
3. Communication & Coordination
Handle inbound/outbound calls for inquiries, follow-ups, and confirmations.
Coordinate between sales team, billing team, and management for smooth operations.
Update customers on offers, promotions, and new arrivals.
4. Issue Resolution
Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues promptly.
Escalate major issues to the Store Manager or relevant department.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain customer service logs, inquiry registers, and follow-up records.
Prepare daily reports on customer footfall, inquiries, and service issues.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of customer-related data.
Required Skills
Excellent communication (English & local language).
Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality & positive attitude.
Good telephone etiquette and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, CRM tools).
Education
+2 / Any Degree (preferred).
Training in customer service or communication is an added advantage.
Salary Range
Based on experience and retail brand category.
