The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will be the bridge between company and its
clients, ensuring smooth communication ,timely documentation, and resolution of customer
concerns. This role is central to maintaining transparency, trust, and long-term relationships in the real estate journey.
Key Responsibilities
? ?Customer Engagement & Issue Resolution
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing queries and concerns
promptly.
- Maintain professional communication across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear updates on project progress and
commitments.
? ?Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and issue demand letters, payment schedules, and other customer-facing
documents.
- Coordinate with accounts and legal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain organized records of customer communications and documentation.
? ?Relationship Management
- Build strong rapport with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Assist customers through the ensure sales-to-possession cycle.
- Support post-sales services, including handover and feedback collection.
? ?Operational Support
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and site teams to align customer updates with project
milestones.
- Provide inputs to management on customer trends and feedback.
- Contribute to process improvements for better customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications
? ?Graduate degree (any discipline).
? ?Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
? ?Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
? ?Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
