About the Role:


We are looking for a

CRM Executive

with experience in the

real estate industry

to manage client relationships, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and support sales operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling client queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and maintain client relationships throughout the customer journey. Handle inbound and outbound client communication (calls, emails, CRM software). Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth processes. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems. Resolve client queries and provide timely updates. Support post-sales follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field. 2-4 years of experience in

CRM within the real estate sector

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of CRM software and real estate processes. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
