Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams for smooth order processing
Follow up with customers
Prepare daily and monthly CRM reports as required by management
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Identify customer needs and escalate issues to the concerned department when required
