Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Service

Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Titan products (watches, smart wearables, accessories, etc.). Achieve individual and store-level sales targets. Demonstrate product features, usage, and warranty details effectively. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries or complaints professionally.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Graduate / 10+2 with strong communication skills.

Experience:

1-3 years in retail sales/customer service (preferably in watches, jewelry, or lifestyle products).

Age Group:

20-30 years (varies by store requirements).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
