Job Description

Note: This role is not for FRESHERS - Only persons with online & offline Coordination Skills and experience shall apply.

Key Responsibilities:



1. CRM/ERP Frontend Management



Manage and monitor daily operations within the CRM/ERP system. Oversee the entry, tracking, and updating of leads, RFQs, sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery schedules. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all modules (Sales, Procurement, Inventory, and Delivery). Configure and optimize dashboard views for efficient access to task and order progress.

2. Coordination & Communication



Assign incoming RFQs and leads to appropriate teams (Sales, Purchase, Operations). Follow up with responsible departments to ensure quotations, purchase orders, and delivery tasks are completed within timelines. Coordinate between departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Accounts) to ensure uninterrupted workflow. Escalate any unresolved delays, discrepancies, or communication gaps to senior management.

3. Reporting & Documentation



Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports on RFQ status, lead conversion, sales performance, and order fulfillment. Maintain logs of follow-ups, pending actions, and completed tasks for review by management. Generate periodic CRM/ERP analytics reports highlighting efficiency, turnaround time, and areas of improvement.

4. System Support & Process Improvement



Collaborate with IT or ERP support teams to resolve system issues and ensure module functionality. Identify process bottlenecks and suggest workflow improvements within the CRM/ERP system. Train and support new users in proper CRM/ERP usage and data entry protocols.

5. Compliance & Quality Control



Ensure that all CRM/ERP data entries follow company standards and naming conventions. Maintain confidentiality of client, supplier, and order information. Ensure compliance with company data-protection and reporting policies.

6. Performance Indicators (KPIs):



Timeliness in assigning and following up on RFQs and leads. Accuracy and completeness of CRM/ERP data entries. Reduction in internal follow-up delays. Efficiency of weekly reporting and responsiveness to management queries. Improvement in team coordination and workflow efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Proven experience (2-4 years) in CRM/ERP operations, coordination, or system administration. Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems such as Zoho, SAP, Odoo, or Oracle NetSuite. Strong communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and CRM dashboards. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight timelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
