Profile: Client Coordination / CRM Executive
Salary Range: ?15,000 - ?22,000 per month
Experience: Minimum ~2 years in telecommunication (telecom) experience is best
Role Purpose:
To manage client interactions and follow up through CRM channels, ensure excellent customer service, maintain data accuracy and help drive sales and customer satisfaction for the company's textile/fashion wholesale & retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive inbound enquiries (calls / emails / messages) from clients and respond professionally, ensuring clarity and timely replies.
Maintain and update client data, leads, and follow?ups in CRM; ensure basic Excel skills are used for tracking, reporting.
Coordinate with sales team, inventory / dispatch / store, to ensure client orders are processed, delivered, and any issues resolved.
Provide support in order confirmation, tracking, billing issues, returns / complaints if any.
Proactively follow up with clients, retaining clients, building relationships; escalate complex issues to seniors.
Ensure communication is clear, polite, professional; represent the brand well in all client contacts.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in client coordination / CRM / customer support role, ideally in the telecommunications sector.
Good communication skills - spoken & written English / local language as needed.
Familiarity with Excel (basic: data entry, filters, simple formulas).
Comfortable working in a retail / fashion / wholesale trading environment.
