We are looking for a

CRM Executive

to manage customer relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle client queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update customer databases and records in the CRM system. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and follow-ups. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Coordinate with the sales team to assist in lead generation and conversion activities. Ensure timely resolution of customer queries, complaints, and requests. Support sales operations by preparing reports, proposals, and follow-up schedules. Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum

1-2 years of experience

in CRM, customer service, or sales support. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software tools. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
