To Take Clearance from Audit, Confirm Construction status from Construction Dept., Possession Letters, Taking care Registry Process, Process of Transfer, Project Analysis Report, Monthly Strategy, Target Report, Customer Interaction.
Managing customer service operations for rendering & achieving quality services to the customers within the specified quality.
Handling day-to-day escalation to ensure the smooth flow of all the activities of open entries, etc.
Relationship management in real estate
Provide after-sales service and resolving customer's complaints.
Mapping client's requirements & providing them services pertaining to selection of right products.

Desired profile of the candidate
A Post Graduate qualification in the field with 8 to 10 years of in-depth experience in Real Estate Back end.
