We are seeking a CRM professional to lead customer relationship strategies, manage CRM platforms, and drive engagement through data-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM tools, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics 365)
Design and execute customer engagement campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels
Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and segmentation strategies
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to align CRM initiatives
Ensure data hygiene, compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and integration with other platforms
Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs like retention, conversion, and CLV
Mandatory Skills
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Zoho, etc.)
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and segmentation
Experience with campaign automation and A/B testing
Analytical skills with tools like Excel, Power BI, or Google Analytics
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and CRM best practices
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo, Pardot)
Experience with APIs and CRM integrations
Basic HTML/CSS for email template customization
Exposure to loyalty programs or customer retention strategies
Certification in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Admin)
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
