Job Description

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Call and follow up on leads shared by the sales team. Coordinate and schedule meetings with architects and other key decision-makers for the sales team. Follow up on product samples and quotations to ensure timely responses and closures. Send frequent broadcast messages to clients about new products, offers, or updates. Assist with client onboarding and maintain consistent follow-ups for service satisfaction. Maintain accurate client records and communication logs. Coordinate internally to ensure timely service delivery and address client issues. Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client requirements. Generate and share regular reports on client communication and follow-ups.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
