Job Overview




We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

CRM Executive

to manage end-to-end lead handling, client engagement, and post-sales follow-up. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of CRM tools, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation


Create campaigns for promotional emails and WhatsApp to potential and existing databases.

Lead Management


Collect leads from multiple sources (website, campaigns, events, WhatsApp, outbound, exhibitions, references, etc.).
Enter leads into the CRM module and tag them accurately by source and category.

Lead Qualification


Assess leads and categorize them as Pursue, Hold, or Reject based on SOP.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain an updated lead dashboard.

Demo Coordination


Schedule product demos by coordinating with Sales and Tech teams.
Share complete lead information and ensure proper client briefing.

Sales Support


Gather structured feedback post-demo.
Address objections in coordination with Sales/Product teams.
Assist in sharing quotations and Scope of Work.

Client Onboarding


Manage the onboarding checklist -- collect KYC, agreements, order confirmations, and ensure payment coordination.
Document client needs and customization requests.

Implementation Handover


Prepare and share detailed client handover documents with the Implementation Team.
Introduce the Implementation Manager to the client and track onboarding status.

Post-Sales Engagement


Conduct weekly follow-ups for the first 3 months to gather feedback, monitor support issues, and ensure smooth implementation.

Support Monitoring & Reporting


Log issues, track resolution with support teams, and ensure client acknowledgment.
Submit monthly feedback and issue resolution reports.
