The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, handling client communication, and ensuring high customer satisfaction within transport and logistics operations. The role focuses on coordinating between customers, operations, and management to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding transport services
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
Coordinate with operations, drivers, and dispatch teams to ensure on-time delivery
Maintain customer records, contracts, and service details in the CRM system
Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers
Resolve service issues and escalate critical concerns when required
Prepare customer reports, feedback analysis, and performance summaries
Support customer retention and relationship-building activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Logistics, or related field
Experience in CRM, customer service, or transport/logistics operations
Strong communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of transport operations and documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software
