Key Responsibilities
Train students on
CRM fundamentals and industry practices
Conduct
hands-on practical sessions
on CRM tools .
Teach
lead management, customer lifecycle, ticketing, follow-ups, and reporting
Explain real-world use cases in
sales, support, and operations
Prepare
lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
Monitor student progress and provide feedback
Support students with
projects, mock tasks, and interview preparation
Maintain attendance, batch records, and assessment reports
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
