Job Summary:



We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic

CRM Trainer

to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance the effective use of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The trainer will be responsible for ensuring employees understand CRM functionalities, processes, and best practices to improve customer engagement, sales efficiency, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and deliver training sessions (classroom, virtual, and on-the-job) on CRM systems and related business processes. Create training materials such as user guides, presentations, e-learning modules, and FAQs. Assess training needs by collaborating with department heads and end-users. Provide ongoing support and refresher sessions to employees to maximize CRM usage. Monitor user adoption and identify challenges in CRM utilization. Customize training programs for different user groups (sales, marketing, customer service, management). Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Stay updated with CRM system updates, new features, and industry best practices. Collaborate with IT and CRM administrators to resolve system-related issues raised during training. Support change management initiatives to drive successful CRM implementation and adoption.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a trainer, corporate instructor, or learning facilitator (CRM training preferred). Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users. Instructional design skills and knowledge of adult learning principles. Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, or similar) is a plus. Analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness and user adoption.

Preferred Attributes:



Certification in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Certified Instructor, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification). Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service operations. Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
