About the Role:

We are looking for a CRM Trainee to support customer relationship activities, handle customer queries, manage order follow-ups, and coordinate with internal teams. This role is suitable for freshers who want to build a career in Customer Relationship Management, Operations, and Support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/messages. Manage customer queries related to orders, products, and services. Update customer records and databases. Coordinate with operations, logistics, and sales teams for issue resolution. Track order status and follow up with customers for updates. Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely responses. Prepare basic reports and maintain CRM documentation.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (English and Tamil). Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets. Strong customer-handling skills. Ability to manage calls and multitask. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Must be available for on-site work in Coimbatore.
