Key Responsibilities
Manage and regularly update customer records in the CRM database.
Support sales and marketing teams in lead tracking and pipeline management.
Communicate effectively with customers via calls, emails, and chat to resolve queries.
Generate and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client concerns promptly.
Analyze customer insights and suggest improvements for engagement and retention.
Participate in CRM campaigns, feedback collection, and loyalty programs.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and comfort with managing data.
High attention to detail and time management abilities.
Eagerness to learn CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
Positive attitude with the ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of customer service or CRM operations.
