Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
Maintain customer records and update CRM software regularly
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Follow up with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare basic reports and documentation.
Perform general office duties related to CRM and customer interaction
Key Requirements:
