We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
CRM Trainee
to join our customer relationship team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will assist in managing customer data, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role offers hands-on experience in CRM tools, lead management, and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer data accurately in the CRM system.
Support the sales and marketing teams in managing leads and follow-ups.
Handle inbound and outbound communication with customers via phone, email, or chat.
Assist in preparing MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
Analyze customer feedback to improve satisfaction and retention.
Participate in CRM campaigns and customer engagement activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of MS Excel and basic data management.
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of customer service processes and lifecycle management.
Basic understanding of digital marketing or sales operations.
Internship experience in customer support or sales coordination will be an added advantage.
Salary Range:
?2.0 - ?3.5 LPA (Depending on skills and interview performance)
