3. Sales Coordination
Support the sales team with customer data, follow-up details, and call lists.
Track leads, monitor progress, and update status in CRM.
Assist in creating sales reports and dashboards.
4. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly CRM reports.
Analyze customer behavior, lead conversion, and feedback patterns.
Share insights with sales and management teams.
5. Campaign Support
Assist in running SMS, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.
Track engagement metrics and maintain campaign results.
