We are hiring a CRM Helpdesk - Claim Processing Executive with a strong background in health insurance. The selected candidate will be deployed as a CRM Implant at the client location.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide claim support and CRM services at the client's premises.
Resolve customer queries related to policy coverage and health insurance claims.
Assist employees with claim submission and tracking through the claims app.
Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for calls and emails from allocated corporate clients.
Collect, verify, and dispatch claim documents as per corporate requirements.
Coordinate with internal claim units at ICICI Lombard for smooth cashless and priority claim processing.
Stay updated with relevant health insurance guidelines and regulations.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive data and follow all data protection and compliance standards.
Travel twice a week between branches to address customer queries.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Health Insurance industry.
Graduation in any stream.
Strong English communication skills (mandatory).
Good knowledge of claim processing and customer handling.
Ability to coordinate with internal and external teams.
Willingness to work in-person at the client location.
