Key Responsibilities:




Supervise and guide the customer relationship team to ensure prompt and effective client communication. Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints swiftly, maintaining high satisfaction levels. Work with internal departments and senior leadership to align customer service with business goals. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and preferences. Customise solutions by understanding individual customer profiles and expectations. Use CRM tools to manage data, track customer interactions, and generate insightful business reports.

Required Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a similar field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such customer support or sales roles. Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with customers. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Adaptable team player with a Problem-solving mindset. * Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. (Added advantage)
