CRM

executives to manage and enhance customer relationships in segment. Ideal candidates should possess good communication skills, a basic understanding or related sectors, and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and relationship management for projects. Interact with customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms Provide accurate product and service-related information Address and resolve customer queries and issues promptly Update and manage customer information in CRM software Ensure data accuracy and proper organization across platforms Assist in preparing CRM reports and customer data summaries Monitor customer interactions and identify trends for service improvements Support the sales team in follow-ups, lead tracking, and documentation Assist in executing marketing campaigns and outreach activities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Gather and report customer feedback for continuous improvement Participate in CRM and communication skill development sessions Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and customer service best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 0-1 year in customer service, CRM, or relevant role.

Languages: Must be able to communicate in

Odia, Hindi, English

. Spceial Preferance for

Telugu,

Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Well-organized and detail oriented.
