Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated professionals to join our remote operations team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage clients or sales processes efficiently in a virtual environment.

Compensation:

Fixed Salary + Variable Salary + Incentives & Bonus per month. Fixed Salary: ?9,000 per month. Variable Salary: ?17,000 to ?21,000 per month Additional Incentives and Bonuses are there.

Note: Variable Salary will be calculated according to your target vs achievement.*

[Example: If your variable salary is INR 17,000 & your monthly achievement is 50% of your target then your variable salary will be INR 8,500 + INR 9,000= INR 17,500]*

[Example: if your achievement is is "NIL" or below 10% you will get fix pay - INR 9,000]*

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails (CRM role). Manage end-to-end tele sales process including lead follow-up and conversions (Tele Sales role). Maintain accurate records and reports of daily activities. Meet individual and team performance targets.

Requirements:

Own Laptop with i5 configuration. Minimum Qualification: Graduate. Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Bengali (speaking) and capable of Bengali font typing on keyboard.
