Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads generated by the company
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
Explain company products/services clearly and effectively
Maintain and update customer data in CRM software regularly
Follow up with interested candidates/customers for conversion
Schedule appointments or counseling sessions when required
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Coordinate with sales, academic counselors, or center managers
Handle customer complaints and provide proper resolution or escalation
Prepare daily call reports and lead status updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
12th pass / Graduate
(any stream)
Experience in
tele calling / CRM / customer support
preferred
Good communication skills in
Hindi & English
(regional language added advantage)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software)
Strong convincing and follow-up skills
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Polite, patient, and customer-oriented approach
