Provide day-to-day support for Pipedrive CRM users
Set up and configure pipelines, stages, automation, and integrations
Create dashboards, reports, and custom views as required by sales and marketing teams
Maintain data hygiene and ensure accurate data entry and updates
Act as a liaison between the sales, marketing, and tech teams to improve CRM usability
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate bugs when necessary
Implement and test automation workflows, webhooks, and 3rd-party integrations
Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection guidelines
Requirements:
Proven experience (6+ months) in CRM administration or support
Strong understanding of sales pipelines, CRM workflows, and automation
Knowledge of CRM integrations with tools like Gmail, Slack, Zapier, and other SaaS platforms
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills for supporting internal users and clients
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of APIs and webhooks is a plus
Experience working in a digital marketing or SaaS company is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
