We are hiring a Telemarketing Support Interns to support the sales and admissions team by dialing outbound calls to RNR (Reach Not Responded) contacts.
Job Role:
Dial calls to
RNR (Reach Not Responded) contacts
given by the sales teamCheck whether the customer
attends the call or not
If the call is attended,
forward/transfer the call to the sales team
No speaking, no sales, no counselling
Update call status in the system
